Prerequisites

Before beginning, confirm you have the following:

  • Azure Configuration completed — Azure Configured must display a checkmark in the Barista Integration Hub before Teams can be fully configured
  • Access to the Teams Admin Center with the Teams Administrator role
  • The Azure Group Object ID from the Azure Configuration
  • The Teams app manifest (.zip file) provided by customer support
  • Credentials for Barista Integration
    • Bot ID: The Azure Bot's unique registration ID — not the same as App ID
    • Bot Secret: Client secret for the Azure Bot. Only shown once — store immediately
    • App Id: The Teams App ID that uniquely identifies this app in the Teams catalog

The manifest must be requested in advance. Allow up to two business days for your support representative to generate it.
