Review Connect Settings
The following steps must be completed by a Barista Admin.
- In Barista Admin, navigate to Integration Hub, click Configure on the Microsoft Teams card, and open the Connect Settings tab.
- Verify all settings are at their defaults — no changes are required for a standard deployment:

If the end user operates in the EU or has GDPR requirements, review the Show GDPR Disclaimer setting with the customer before go-live and before sending any messages to users.
