Request Teams App Manifest
Gather Manifest Information
A Microsoft Teams Manifest must be generated for this integration.
To get this file, please submit a request to Resolve Support at least two days before you intend to complete the integration.
In your request, include the following information:

| Dev Tenant URL | Your development or staging Barista URL |
| Production Tenant URL | Your production Barista URL |
| Bot Name (if rebranding) | New name for Barista (for example, "Aria"). Leave blank to keep the default name "Barista" |
| App Description (if rebranding) | Updated short and long descriptions reflecting the new bot name. The short and long descriptions must be different, and the short description cannot be repeated within the long description |
| Color Icon | 192 x 192 px PNG. The bot logo must fit within the 120 x 120 px safe area in the center of the canvas |
| Outline Icon | 32 x 32 px PNG. Must have a transparent background with a white or light grey icon only. Do not use other colors, black, or borders |
| Languages Required | Any additional languages beyond English |
| Target Go-Live Date | The date you need the manifest. Allow up to 2 business days for standard requests |

Submit icons as flat square PNGs. Do not round corners or add borders, as these are applied automatically by Teams. For the outline icon, the background must be transparent (not white), and the icon must be white or light grey only. Black outlines do not display correctly in Teams dark mode.

You will receive a .zip file containing the manifest.json and both icons. Do not unzip the file; it must be uploaded to the Teams Admin Center as-is.
