Updating Articles

If your instance of RITA Go contains inaccurate or outdated information, you will need to edit your knowledge articles manually. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Articles dashboard.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the article name.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Once successfully downloaded, click Delete.
  5. Make edits to your document.
  6. Reupload the knowledge article.

This process only applies to uploaded articles. Articles that are imported via Connections will need to be updated at their source and re-synced.

Deleting Single Articles

To delete single articles:

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the article name and select Delete.

Deleting Multiple Articles

  1. Click the checkboxes next to the articles.
  2. Click the Delete button that appears at the top of the screen.
