Uploading Knowledge Articles

Click the + Add Articles button on the Knowledge Articles Dashboard or the homeapage to open the file finder on your device.

Supported file types include .pdf, doc, .docx, .md, and .txt..

After selecting your files, you can monitor their ingestion progress in the Status column on the dashboard. A pop-up dialog will appear once the ingestion process is complete.
