Knowledge Article Dashboard

Click the Knowledge Articles menu item on the left-hand side of the main dashboard to open the Knowledge Articles Dashboard.

1Add Articles: opens a folder on your local drive to select files for upload.
2Search: provides search for knowledge articles.
3Filters: allows you to filter articles by source and status.
4Name: lists the names of all knowledge articles.
5Status: shows the current status of each article's conversion to markdown and ingestion.

Source Status

StatusDefinition
ProcessedFor external uploads, the article has been vectorized and is accessible via chat.
ProcessingFor external uploads, the article has been uploaded and is in the process of being added to the database. It is not accessible in chat.
UploadedFor connections, the article from the connection has been processed and is available via chat.
FailedFor both external uploads and connections, the article has failed to be added to the knowledge base.

Reprocessing

When a document fails to be processed, indicated by the Failed status:

  1. Hover over the document name.
  2. Click the three dots.
  3. Click Reprocess.
