Knowledge Article Dashboard
Click the Knowledge Articles menu item on the left-hand side of the main dashboard to open the Knowledge Articles Dashboard.
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Add Articles: opens a folder on your local drive to select files for upload. |
| 2 | Search: provides search for knowledge articles. |
| 3 | Filters: allows you to filter articles by source and status. |
| 4 | Name: lists the names of all knowledge articles. |
| 5 | Status: shows the current status of each article's conversion to markdown and ingestion. |
Source Status
| Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Processed | For external uploads, the article has been vectorized and is accessible via chat. |
| Processing | For external uploads, the article has been uploaded and is in the process of being added to the database. It is not accessible in chat. |
| Uploaded | For connections, the article from the connection has been processed and is available via chat. |
| Failed | For both external uploads and connections, the article has failed to be added to the knowledge base. |
Reprocessing
When a document fails to be processed, indicated by the Failed status:
- Hover over the document name.
- Click the three dots.
- Click Reprocess.
