Manage Confluence Connection

Once you've configured Confluence to sync with RITA Go, you can edit your authentication settings or update your synced spaces.

Change Authentication Settings

To update your URL, user email, or API token:

1. Navigate to Settings > Connection Sources.
2. Click the Manage button on the Confluence tile.
3. Click the three dots and select Edit to the right of Confluence Configuration.
4. Update the settings.
5. Click Save.

Update Synced spaces

To add, delete, or modify synced spaces in your Confluence instance:

1. Navigate to Settings > Connection Sources.
2. Click the Manage button on the Confluence tile.
3. Under Which spaces would you like to sync from?, add or delete spaces from your instance.
4. Click the Sync button.
