June 2026 Release Notes

This release includes improvements to reporting, integrations, Microsoft Teams, and several bug fixes.

What's New​

Cluster Dashboard Improvements​

The Cluster Dashboard has been improved to help admins easily view the most important data, navigate between different views, and better understand knowledge gaps, impact, and opportunities.

The metrics cards have been moved to the top of the dashboard and now include titles, making the most important information easier to identify at a glance.

The dashboard now allows users to switch between Chart and Table views. The table view provides a more detailed way to review the data for each topic.

From the table view, users can click SEE INTERACTIONS to view the interactions associated with a specific topic. Users can also click INTERACTIONS below the data cards to view all interactions, where they can search and filter the results.

The Cluster Dashboard is available to the following roles:

  • Admin
  • Reporting Admin
  • IT Admin
  • HR Admin
  • Finance Admin
  • Payroll Admin
  • Barista Admin
  • Marketing Admin

ServiceNow Integration Enhancements​

Updated the ServiceNow integration with improvements to HR update set compatibility and compliance, API role requirements, authentication, and widget customization. Widget customizations are now stored as part of the client script so they are retained when a new version of the widget is installed.

CX One — Support for Attachments​

CX One integration now supports attachments. End users can add an attachment to a chat for the agent to see, and agents can send an attachment through CX One that the user can receive through Barista.

Ad Hoc Approval Notifications in Microsoft Teams​

Ad hoc approvals in Barista now send approval notification cards to approvers in Microsoft Teams. Barista now populates a reference number for ad hoc approvals so the approval task can be processed and the notification delivered successfully.

Bug Fixes​

Fixed Unwanted Resolution Message​

Fixed an issue where incidents not created by Barista displayed the “Can I help you with anything else?” message when they were resolved.

Fixed API Version Response Delay​

Fixed an issue where GET/api/version could take more than two minutes to respond when collecting version information in staging tenants.

Fixed Missing Usernames in Cluster Dashboard​

Fixed an issue where usernames were missing from some interactions in the Cluster Dashboard report. Cluster Dashboard reports now display usernames correctly.

Fixed SharePoint Delta Sync Ingestion​

Fixed an issue where SharePoint delta synchronization could miss recently added documents. Ingestion now includes documents added or modified since the last successful sync.

Fixed SharePoint User Access for Multi-Geo Tenants​

Fixed an issue where user access to SharePoint knowledge bases could fail with a 404 error for some Multi-Geo tenants. User access checks now resolve the appropriate SharePoint host for each site.

Fixed Microsoft Teams Mobile Approvals​

Fixed an issue where rejecting an approval on mobile did not work as expected when the rejection reason configuration was enabled.

Fixed Microsoft Teams Announcement Localization​

Fixed an issue where published announcements delivered to Microsoft Teams could display the Google Chat localization string for tenants using the ADK announcement path. Announcements now use the correct Microsoft Teams localization.
