Introduction to the Self Service Portal
The Self Service Portal is a user-friendly web UI that enables your organization's end-users to fulfill requests independently while utilizing processes and workflows that you have set up for them in the Self Service Designer.
Accessing the Self Service Portal
To display the Self Service Portal, open the main menu and select Home Page > Self Service Portal.
Selecting a Form to Launch
All forms that you have permission to see are visible here. For details about permissions, see Setting Permissions on a Form.
Viewing Folder Content
1. From the left navigation pane, hover over the relevant folder. Clicking on it will display its contents, including forms and subfolders.
Viewing My Requests
1. In the navigation pane, click My Requests.
