Importing a Workflow​

You can import workflows saved as XM.

Export Format

ZIP files contain one more more XML workflows and a workflows_export_summary.xml (which can be ignored). You can import the full ZIP or individual XML files.

To import:

  1. Ensure the workflow has been exported in XML file format.

  2. In Open Workflow, click Import from file.
    The standard operating system file opening dialog is displayed.

  3. Selet the XML or ZIP file and click Open.

    note

    If a required module is missing, you'll be prompted to choose a replacement. One modules you have write permissions to will be shown.

    caution

    Importing a Workflow that contains an Integration Module (e.g., AWS) requires manually remapping activities to modules. Without manual remapping, you will receive an error: "Integration module is not ready."
