Delete

To delete a category:

  1. Open the left drawer menu and hover over the name of the category you want to delete.
  2. Click the trash can icon that appears.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete the category and ALL the activities within it.
note

If activities are assigned to a worfklow, you will not be able to delete the category.

Delete a Category and Maintain Activities​

If you want to delete a category but keep its activities:

  1. Open each activity and use the Edit Metadata option to move it to a different category.
  2. Once all activities have been reassigned, follow the steps in Deleting a Category above.

Deleted activities cannot be restored.
