Configure ServiceNow

Configure ServiceNow to Barista Connection​

All steps in this section are completed in ServiceNow.

Access ServiceNow​

  1. Log in to https://[instance].service-now.com as an Admin.

Configure Integration Settings​

  1. In the search bar of the ServiceNow navigator, type Espressive.
  2. Click Espressive > Integration Settings.
  3. Type the following information in the respective fields:
    • Username: esp.integration
    • Password: [password from Configure ESP Integration User]
    • Base URL: https://{tenant}.espressive.com/ (include trailing slash)
  4. Click Save.

Test Connection​

  1. In the search bar of the ServiceNow navigator, type Espressive.
  2. Click Espressive > Integration Hub.
  3. Click Test/Refresh Connection.
  4. Wait 5-10 seconds and verify the success message.

If the test fails, wait 1-2 minutes and retry. f it continues to fail, please verify that all steps above have been completed successfully.
