AD Move Account

Activity Description​

Moves the selected user account from one OU to another.

Settings​

  • Account Type – The account's type (user/computer).
  • Name – The account name (e.g., John).
  • Path – The path of the group to which the new user account is assigned (e.g., \Europe\Users)
    The path may follow the following conventions:
    • OU=<OU Name1>, OU=<Name2>
    • <OU Name1>\<OU Name2>
    • /<OU Name1>/<OU Name2>
    • \
  • Host Name – The name or IP address of the Active Directory's server.
  • User Name – If required, the user name of an account that has read-write access to the Active Directory.
  • Password – If required, the password of the account listed in the User Name field.
